Biography
Kelley joined Kelley Ferraro as the Administration Director in 2008. Kelley ensures the firm’s growth and development through long-term strategic planning, overseeing daily operations, and managing personnel. His late brother, Michael V. Kelley, was a founding partner of the firm.
Kelley has decades of experience in public service and human relations. He was elected to the Cleveland Heights City Council in 1993 and later went on to serve as mayor of Cleveland Heights for over sixteen years. During his tenure in public service, Kelley also served on boards for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, Cuyahoga County Planning Commission, Nature Center at Shaker Lakes, and Senior Transportation Connection. Kelley currently resides in Mayfield Village with his wife Mary Beth.
